Project Description
“New Era Company” operates as a prominent online sales platform, upholding unique business procedures and guidelines. They also maintain an Employee Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual. As part of the orientation, newcomers receive insights into these practices.
Yet, the challenge lies in the scattered placement of this information across the company’s internal network and HR folders. The extensive nature of some documents can make pinpointing specific details daunting for employees. Moreover, occasionally, even as the company updates its policies, some employees might still be referring to older document versions.
